HOW CAN YOU PAY?

HOW FRESH IS OUR BEER?

The beer comes directly from the brewery then is filled into the mini keg right before shipping to your door, so as fresh as the morning sun ;)

 

REFRIGERATION?

The mini keg should be refrigerated for at least 10 hours between 2-6°C before you crack it open. Its super important that its cold because not only does it taste great but it ensures the carbonation levels are at optimum. 

 

HOW LONG DO THE KEGS LAST?

For the gravity fed mini keg it should be consumed within 24-48 hours once opened. For C02  pressurised mini kegs once the C02 canister has been engaged the beer will stay fresh for up to 30 days. 

 

HOW IS SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

We deliver Australia wide using a network of courier companies or Australia Post. Delivery timeframes and costs are calculated on checkout and vary depending upon your location. CAN WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, at this stage we can only ship to Australia.

 

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will ensure your beer is sent within two business days of ordering. Delivery timeframes vary depending upon your location. The estimated timeframe for your order can be found on our Shipping Info page. You'll receive a email with a link to track your order from our courier partners once your order has been shipped.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

In order to comply with liquor laws an adult over the age of 18 years must be present to accept the delivery and may be required to present appropriate identification. You may provide specific delivery instructions, including authorisation for the beers to be left at your address, during the checkout process. Unfortunately there are certain scenarios where a courier company may be legally unable to leave your beers under Australia’s liquor laws. Should this occur, the courier company will leave you a notice detailing how you can obtain delivery of your beers.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has left us you will receive an automated e-mail with a tracking reference. Please allow a couple of hours for this to register in the system before tracking it as information will not be available immediately. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY DETAILS WERE INCORRECT?

If there has been a delivery issue at our end we will re-deliver the package at no additional charge. If the delivery details you provided were incorrect we will contact you to arrange for either re-delivery. Please note a re-delivery and admin fee will be charged. If you do not advise us on re-delivery or fail to pickup your package within 30 days it will be deemed forfeited.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We do not accept returns and exchanges. In the event you receive goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will refund the value of the damaged goods. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.
